working method
Using high-definition video cameras to transmit data to the video monitoring center or duty center computer through a transmission network, monitoring the surrounding conditions of the hydrological station (including water level self recording stations, cableway facilities, station buildings, etc.), water level conditions, and surrounding security status through real-time display of high-definition images, ensuring the safe operation of the hydrological station and preventing human damage; Monitor the water level and the surrounding area of the water level gauge to prevent foreign objects or personnel from damaging hydrological equipment.
When there is a situation of excessive flood (such as exceeding the measurement range of the self recording water level gauge), it is necessary to read the water level value through the excessive flood video monitoring equipment; When setting up temporary water gauges during the flood season, it is also necessary to read the water level values on the gauges through nearby hydrological video monitoring equipment.
