Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer

Operating environment temperature: 15~30℃, relative humidity: 40~80%.

1) Configuration requirements

One set of gas chromatograph main unit

Two sets of split/splitless injection ports

One set of FID detector

One set of liquid autosampler

One set of mass spectrometer detector

One set of original NIST spectral library

One set of retention time locked spectral library

One set of purge and trap main unit

One set of purge and trap autosampler

One set of original workstation software

1 set of computer printer

1 batch of installation tools, chromatographic columns, and other consumables

1 set of imported hydrogen generator

1 set of imported zero-grade air generator

2) Column oven

Temperature range: 4˚C to 450˚C above room temperature, temperature setting resolution: 1°C

Maximum temperature rise rate can be expanded to: ≥1000˚C/min

Temperature stability: When the ambient temperature changes by 1˚C, it is better than 0.01˚C

Expansion function: Features GC+GC function, dual column oven design

3) Split/splitless capillary column injection port

Offers four injection modes: split, splitless, pulsed split, and splitless

Quick-turn system, no need to disassemble screws for liner replacement

Pressure setting range: 0-150 psi or wider

Control accuracy: 0.001 psi

4) Automatic sampler

Automatic sampler sample position: ≥169 positions

Automatic sampling needle can adjust the sampling depth independently

Can implement rapid sampling, with a sampling speed of 0.1 sec

Automatic sampler has extended functions such as automatic dilution, pre-column derivatization, and heating

5) Flame ionization detector (FID)

Maximum operating temperature: 450°C, automatic flame detection, automatic ignition

Minimum detection limit: <1.4 pg carbon/sec

Linear dynamic range: >107

FID maximum acquisition rate: ≥500 Hz

6) Mass Spectrometer Detector

Fully Inert Ion-Independent EI Source

Ionization Energy: 5-240 eV or Higher

Maximum Mass Number: ≥1000amu

Sensitivity: 1pg OFN Full Scan S/N ≥1500:1 (1pg OFN, 30m Column 50-300amu Scan)

Mass Analyzer: Integrated Hyperbolic Quadrupole Analyzer

Mass Analyzer: Independent Temperature Control, Range 101-200°C, Software Can Set Different Temperatures

Detector: Electron Multiplier or Photomultiplier Tube Detector

Vacuum System: Molecular Turbopump with Pumping Speed Greater Than or Equal to 250 L/s

Scanning Modes: Full Scan, Selected Ion Monitoring, Automatic Synchronized Full Scan/Selected Ion Monitoring

7) Purge and Trap

Autosampler Capacity ≥100 Positions

The temperature of the trap is cooled from 225℃ to 35℃ in less than 90 seconds.

Electronic pressure monitoring: It features leak self-checking and overpressure monitoring functions. It also has a water removal mode: to remove the water that is purged out simultaneously with VOCs, preventing it from entering the gas chromatograph
