Product Overview

MODBUS ATS03is a high-precision three-axis tilt sensor based on MEMS three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, usingKalman filtering algorithmto achieve stable and reliable data output. It can measure the X-axis and Y-axis tilt angles of objects relative to the horizontal plane (within a range of ± 90 °), and output angle data through RS485 Modbus RTU. IP65 protection level, working in a wide temperature range of -40 ° C to 80 ° C, suitable for harsh scenarios such as outdoor tower tilt monitoring, engineering machinery attitude control, bridge and tunnel deformation monitoring, etc.

Kalman Filter

Traditional tilt sensors experience significant reading fluctuations in vibration environments. ATS03 has a built-in Kalman filter that combines the dynamic response of the gyroscope with the static accuracy of the accelerometer, and can still output stable angle values under vibration, impact, and temperature changes.
