DL/T645-2007 Specification for Multi-function Electricity Meter Communication Protocol
  • Scope

This standard specifies the physical connection, communication link, and application technical specifications between multifunctional electric energy meters and handheld units (HHU) or other data terminal devices.

This standard applies to point-to-point or one-master-multiple-slave data exchange between multifunctional electric energy meters and handheld units (HHU) or other data terminal devices in local systems. Other electric energy meters with communication functions, such as single-phase electric energy meters and multi-rate electric energy meters, can be referenced for selection.

  • Normative References

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments to or revisions of any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.
