Intelligent cableway flow measurement equipment

▲ The flow measurement equipment integrates propeller current meter flow measurement, radar wave flow measurement, and vertical lead fish ADCP flow measurement. The three sets of flow measurement devices can measure flow independently or in combination with any two sets for mutual comparison and generation of comparison reports;

The flow measurement equipment has the function of timing flow measurement and flow measurement with water level changes, which can meet the automatic flow measurement function under unattended operation;

The flow measurement equipment can automatically generate a flow measurement plan that meets hydrological specifications based on real-time data of river channels and water levels, including the number of vertical lines, their positions, and the flow measurement methods. During the flow measurement process, it can automatically or manually increase or decrease vertical lines and adjust their positions according to real-time water level changes;

The flow measurement equipment has an "one-click upgrade" emergency protection function, equipped with horizontal, vertical, and bottom-touch mechanical limit protection devices;

The flow measurement equipment automatically generates reports after completing flow measurement, and the report format fully complies with hydrological specifications, which can be directly used for compilation. Before the report is generated, if there are objections to the measurement points, any measurement point can be remeasured at any time. Once the report is generated, the data cannot be modified to prevent tampering with the original data and ensure the authenticity and reliability of the data measurement;

The flow measurement equipment software integrates three video monitoring screens, each image can be zoomed in or out individually, facilitating observation of the flow measurement situation;

▲ The vertical ADCP is integrated into the lead fish, eliminating the need for frequent disassembly and assembly of the ADCP, ensuring faster and more convenient flow measurement with the ADCP;

Surface signals, current meter signals, and bottom-touch signals use digital signals and communicate through a dual-channel wireless transmission protocol of 2.4G/5G and LoRa, with a transmission distance of 5km, ensuring dual insurance for communication and no data loss. The lifting box is equipped with a 40AH/24V lithium battery, which can automatically charge the lifting box;

It has a propeller current meter signal vibration elimination function to prevent the occurrence of multiple recording and missing recording of signals, ensuring the accuracy of flow measurement signals;

Scope of application: Current meter with 20 rpm, 5 rpm, 1 rpm, and 1/2 rpm as one signal (the signal speed value of the current meter can be set arbitrarily on the host computer);
