(1) Drone:

1) Drone equipment requirements:

Not less than a quadrotor, with propellers, arms, landing gear, and gimbal components adopting a folding structure;

Flight parameters: Maximum level flight speed ≥14m/s, maximum climb speed ≥5m/s, maximum cruise speed ≥9m/s, maximum flight altitude ≥5000m;

▲ Can carry multiple modules for quick replacement and mounting;

Able to achieve a maximum payload ≥2.5kg;

After disassembly, can be placed in a three-proof transport case;

Maximum takeoff weight ≥9kg;

The drone can take off and land within an area of 3M×3M;

Equipped with intelligent battery monitoring and management functions, capable of short-term dynamic discharge of the battery, measuring dynamic load voltage, dynamic discharge current, and other data; Automatically performs cell voltage balancing, keeping the battery within a reasonable range in real time, extending battery life;

▲ Endurance: No-load endurance ≥40 minutes; When carrying a payload ≥2.5kg, endurance ≥25 minutes;

Wind resistance of the aircraft above level 7;

Equipped with a laser altitude module to ensure precision and stability in takeoff, landing, and flight positions;

Equipped with a radar obstacle avoidance module, capable of automatically identifying obstacles within 30 meters ahead, triggering an alarm and returning to the starting point;

Configured with high-definition low-latency image transmission, featuring high-definition real-time video transmission and high-definition recording, allowing for real-time transmission of on-site conditions to a handheld terminal;

▲ The contractor must ensure that each drone corresponds to a branch office with at least 3 personnel who have obtained a drone pilot's license;

▲ Each set of equipment must be equipped with a terminal that is compatible with the equipment and meets operational and data analysis processing requirements;

2) Remote controller:

Display screen: 7-inch or larger touch LCD screen;

IP protection level: IP54 or higher;

Operating ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C;

3) Flight camera:

Autonomous obstacle avoidance: Supports automatic route planning and obstacle avoidance for drones based on backend 3D tilt models or elevation maps and other geographic information;

▲Adaptive battery return: Supports automatic adaptive battery return for drones based on wind speed, distance, flight power, etc.;

Remote control of drones: During drone flight and patrolling, the gimbal can be remotely controlled at any time to adjust the camera's video angle and zoom, supporting gimbal XY-axis rotation, quick centering, one-click orientation, zoom, and other operations;

Overall requirements: Set up an automatic weather station at a distance of 5 meters to 10 meters from the drone nest, providing a foundation of approximately 1m*1m. The weather station should be located on the north side of the drone nest;

Operating temperature: Not less than -20~60°C;

Sensor configuration: temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall;

Measurement frequency: not greater than 20Hz (wind speed, wind direction), not greater than 5Hz (temperature and humidity, air pressure, rainfall);

Measurement range: temperature: not less than -30°C to 70°C, humidity: 0 to 100%RH, air pressure: not less than 500 to 1000hpa, wind speed: not less than 0 to 30m/s, wind direction: 0 to 359.9°, rainfall: 0 to 200mm/h;

Resolution: temperature: not greater than 0.1°C, humidity: not greater than 0.1%RH, air pressure: not greater than 0.1hpa, wind speed: not greater than 0.1m/s, wind direction: not greater than 0.1°, rainfall: not greater than 0.1mm;
