Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flow measurement (and topographic survey)

1) Requirements for drone equipment:

It should be no less than a quadrotor, with propellers, arms, landing gear, and gimbal components adopting a folding structure;

Flight parameters: maximum level flight speed ≥14m/s, maximum climb speed ≥5m/s, maximum cruise speed ≥9m/s, maximum flight altitude ≥5000m;

▲ It can carry multiple modules and quickly replace payloads;

It can achieve a maximum payload ≥2.5kg;

After disassembly, it can be placed in a three-proof transport case;

Maximum takeoff weight ≥9kg;

The drone can take off and land within an area of 3M×3M;

Equipped with intelligent battery monitoring and management functions, it can achieve short-term dynamic discharge of the battery, measure dynamic load voltage, dynamic discharge current, and other data; automatically balance the cell voltage, keeping the battery within a reasonable range in real time and extending its service life;

▲ Endurance: no-load endurance ≥40 minutes; when carrying a payload ≥2.5kg, endurance ≥25 minutes;

The aircraft has a wind resistance rating of above level 7;

Equipped with a laser height-fixing module to ensure precision and stability in takeoff, landing, and flight positions;

Equipped with a radar obstacle avoidance module, it can automatically identify obstacles within 30 meters ahead, trigger an alarm, and return to the starting point;

Equipped with high-definition low-latency image transmission, it features high-definition real-time video transmission and high-definition recording, allowing for the real-time transmission of on-site conditions to a handheld terminal;

▲ The contractor must ensure that each drone has at least three personnel from each corresponding bureau who have obtained a drone pilot's license;

▲ Each set of equipment must be equipped with one terminal that is compatible with the equipment and meets the requirements for operation and data analysis processing;
