(1) Functional Applications

Primarily used for security at hydrological stations, monitoring the operational status of facilities and equipment, surveillance of river water conditions, and viewing water gauge levels.

(2) Operating Mode

Utilizes high-definition video cameras to transmit live high-definition images to video surveillance centers or duty center computers via transmission networks. These images monitor the surrounding environment of the hydrological station (including water level recording stations, cableway facilities, station buildings, etc.), water level conditions, and surrounding security status in real-time, ensuring the operational safety of the hydrological station and preventing vandalism; monitors water level conditions and the surrounding area of the water gauge to prevent foreign objects or personnel from damaging hydrological equipment.

In the event of excessive flood conditions (such as exceeding the measurement range of the water level gauge at the recording station), it is necessary to read the water level value through the excessive flood video surveillance equipment; when temporary water gauges are set up during the flood season, the water level value on the gauge also needs to be read through nearby hydrological video surveillance equipment.
