MODBUS WTS500is an intelligent temperature probe based on the new generation of non-contact infrared temperature measurement technology. It hashigh precision, fast response, industrial grade reliability, and flexible RS485 Modbus communication integration capability, providing excellent non-contact temperature measurement solutions for industrial automation and process control.

Principle of Infrared Temperature Measurement

Any object with a temperature above absolute zero (-273 ° C) will radiate infrared energy outward. WTS500 collects infrared radiation from target objects through an optical system, focuses it on an infrared detector, converts the radiation energy into electrical signals, and outputs the target temperature value after signal processing and temperature compensation algorithms. The entire process does not require contact with the measured object and does not interfere with the temperature field of the measured object.
