Product Overview

MODBUS UF600is an upgraded wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter that uses aexternal clamp (non-contact) ultrasonic probeinstalled on the outer wall of the pipeline to measure the flow rate and cumulative flow of the liquid inside the pipeline in real time without cutting the pipeline. Equipped with a wall mounted host, the LCD screen displays real-time parameters such as instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, and flow rate, and outputs data to the Home Assistant, PLC, or SCADA system through RS485 Modbus RTU.

  • Non destructive to pipelines: The probe is clamped on the outer wall of the pipeline, does not come into contact with liquids, and does not require shutdown during installation
  • No pressure loss: No obstacles inside the pipeline, does not affect fluid pressure
  • Maintenance free: No mechanical movable parts, no wear, and no influence of liquid impurities
  • Widely applicable: Suitable for various plastic and metal pipes, with a wide range of pipe diameters

HA integration

Connected to HA through RS485 to USB or RS485 to WiFi module, real-time pipeline flow and accumulated water consumption can be viewed on the HA dashboard. Cooperate with automation to achieve: water consumption exceeding the limit alarm, water leakage detection (night micro flow alarm), and monitoring of water pump operation status.
