Product Overview
MODBUS M24162is a high-density 24 circuit intelligent relay module that uses16A self holding relay- only powered on at the moment of switching, maintaining the state without consuming power, heating, or sticking, and has extremely low standby power consumption. Equipped withLCD touch display, it can locally view and control the status of each circuit. Simultaneously equipped withDI digital input channeland sensor access function, multiple communication interfaces such as RS485/RS232/TCP/MQTT can be selected, making it an ideal centralized control unit for large intelligent buildings and industrial control projects.
Six core features
- 24 circuits: One module controls 24 streetlights/sockets/devices, saving distribution cabinet space
- 16A Self Holding Relay: Switching consumes instantaneous power (about 100ms), while maintaining the state consumes almost no power. Under continuous power on conditions, it does not generate heat and will not cause adhesion due to heat
- LCD touch display: monitors the switch status, current, and temperature of each circuit locally, supports touch operation
- DI input channel: can be connected to dry contact sensor signals such as door magnets, proximity switches, float switches, etc.
- Sensor access: can be connected to temperature, humidity, current transformers, and other sensors required by the module itself
- Multi communication interface: RS485/RS232/TCP/MQTT optional, flexible docking with various higher-level systems

HA integration
Connect all 24 relays+DI inputs to HA via Modbus TCP/RTU, and display the 24 streetlight control panel on the Lovelace dashboard. Implement with DI input: door magnetic opening → automatic light on; Float ball high → stop pump. Provide a complete Modbus protocol table (C-136).
