Product Overview
MODBUS color recognition sensorIt is an industrial grade color detection sensor based on the RGB three color analysis principle. It emits light through a built-in white LED light source, which is reflected by the surface of the object and captured by a receiver. The red (R), green (G), and blue (B) components in the reflected light are analyzed to accurately identify the color of the target object. Supports RS485 Modbus RTU protocol and can be connected to Home Assistant smart home systems or PLC industrial control systems. It is widely used in industrial sorting, quality inspection, color positioning and other scenarios.
Receiving
- Lighting: The white LED light source inside the sensor emits white light, which shines on the surface of the detected object
- Receive: The reflected light on the surface of the object is captured by the high-precision receiver of the sensor
- Analysis: The built-in processor analyzes the RGB components of the reflected light, outputs color coding values and matching results
- Output: transmits RGB values and color judgment results through RS485 Modbus bus
