MODBUS CAS01is a set ofWeb-based industry-general automation control systems, with computer room power environment monitoring as its core scenario, and it is also suitable for various industrial automation control needs. The system possesses six core functional modules:data acquisition, historical record query, multi-level alarm reminder, scheduled task management, work order management, and multi-condition and multi-logic automatic control. It collects on-site equipment data through RS485 Modbus and presents a visual monitoring dashboard and control panel on the Web side.

Automatic controlMulti-condition combination triggers automatic control (such as temperature > 30°C + humidity < 40% → activate air conditioning and humidification mode)

Monitoring dashboard

Web-based dashboard presents dynamic charts: 3D temperature heat map of the server room, equipment online status topology diagram, 24-hour temperature and humidity trend curve, summary list of today's alarms, and pie chart of energy consumption statistics for this month.
